Christmas Closing Dates
Our operations will be closed on Wednesday, 24th December, and will reopen on Monday, 5th January. During this period, no shipments or order processing will take place.
This close down allows our team to rest and celebrate the holidays with their families.
Last working day before shutdown: Tuesday, 23rd December
Shutdown period: 24th December to 4th January inclusive
Reopening day: Monday, 5th January
Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid disappointment or delays.
Last Shipping Dates for Orders
To ensure your orders arrive before Christmas, the last possible shipment date will be on Tuesday, 23rd December. However, to qualify for this shipment, orders must be received before 1:00 pm on that day.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm on 23rd December will be shipped the same day, stock permitting .
Orders placed after 1:00 pm on 23rd December or during the shutdown period will be processed on Monday, 5th January.
Any orders received during the holiday period will be held and shipped as soon as possible after reopening.

It is this time of year that our suppliers begin to send out new prices for 2026!
If you have a written quotation - we will honour prices quoted for three months from the quotation date.
We already have notification of price increases, effective 1st January 2026 from
Comelit, PAC, GDX, Aiphone and Elmdene with more expected soon.
Increases advised so far are between 3% and 4 % .
